Spicy Mango Lemonade
Sweet mango, bright lemon, a slow chili burn. Bold and unforgettable.
Ingredients
- •2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- •5 lemons
- •1/4 cup sugar
- •1/2 teaspoon Tajín or chili powder
- •5 cups cold water
- •Ice
- •Lime wedge + chili rim
Steps

Blend mangoes with 1 cup water until silky.

Stir in lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.

Add remaining water and a pinch of chili powder.
- 4
Rim glasses with lime juice and chili powder.
- 5
Fill with ice and pour.

- ★Ataulfo (honey) mangoes are sweetest.
- ★Start with a tiny pinch of chili — you can always add more.
- ★Tastes great with a splash of orange juice too.
