Pink Hibiscus Fizz
Tart, floral, deep pink. The drink that makes everyone ask for the recipe.
Ingredients
- •1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- •1/3 cup sugar
- •5 lemons
- •3 cups still water
- •3 cups sparkling water
- •Ice
- •Lemon slices
Steps

Steep hibiscus and sugar in 2 cups of hot water for 15 minutes.

Strain the deep pink syrup into a pitcher.

Juice the lemons and add to the pitcher.

Top with still water and chill.
- 5
Pour over ice, top each glass with sparkling water and a lemon slice.

- ★Don't steep longer than 20 minutes or it turns bitter.
- ★Add a few mint leaves for an even more refreshing finish.
