Peach Rosemary Lemonade
Stone fruit meets piney rosemary. Sophisticated without trying.
Ingredients
- •3 ripe peaches, sliced
- •2 sprigs rosemary
- •5 lemons
- •1/3 cup sugar
- •6 cups water
- •Ice
Steps

Simmer peaches, rosemary, and sugar with 1 cup water for 10 minutes.

Mash gently, then strain.

Juice lemons into a pitcher and add the peach syrup.

Add remaining water and chill 30 minutes.

Pour over ice. Top with a thin peach slice.

- ★Overripe peaches actually make the best syrup.
- ★One sprig of rosemary is plenty — it's strong.
- ★Use a wide ice cube so it dilutes slower.
