Lavender Lemonade
Calm in a glass. Floral, soft, and a beautiful pale purple.
Ingredients
- •6 lemons
- •1/2 cup sugar
- •1 tablespoon culinary lavender buds
- •6 cups water
- •Ice
Steps

Boil 1 cup water, remove from heat, and steep lavender + sugar for 10 minutes.

Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.

Juice the lemons and add.

Top with cold water, stir, chill.
- 5
Serve over ice with a lemon slice.

- ★Use culinary-grade lavender only — never decorative.
- ★Steep too long and it gets soapy. Set a timer.
