Honey Mint Lemonade
Cool, floral, lightly sweet — the porch-swing classic with a Leo twist.
Ingredients
- •6 fresh lemons
- •1/3 cup raw honey
- •6 cups cold water
- •1 handful fresh mint leaves
- •Ice
Steps

Warm 1 cup of the water and dissolve the honey in it.

Juice the lemons into a pitcher.
- 3
Add the honey water and the remaining cold water.
- 4
Smack the mint between your palms and drop it in.
- 5
Chill 20 minutes, pour over ice.

- ★Smacking the mint releases way more flavor than chopping.
- ★Use a darker honey for a deeper finish.
- ★Sub sparkling water for half the still water for fizz.
