Blueberry Thyme Press
Earthy, sweet, and grown-up. The lemonade for slow Sundays.
Ingredients
- •1 cup blueberries
- •3 sprigs fresh thyme
- •5 lemons
- •1/3 cup sugar
- •5 cups water
- •Ice
Steps

Simmer blueberries, thyme, and sugar with 1 cup water for 8 minutes until syrupy.

Strain the syrup, pressing the berries.

Juice the lemons into a pitcher and add the syrup.

Top with the remaining cold water and stir.
- 5
Serve over ice with a thyme sprig.

- ★Frozen blueberries work just as well as fresh.
- ★Lemon thyme is even better if you can find it.
- ★Pour through a sieve a second time for a sparkling clear drink.
