The Perfect Squeeze: A Tiny Science Lesson

The Perfect Squeeze: A Tiny Science Lesson

Real talk: most "bad" lemonade isn't bad lemonade. It's math.

The ratio I swear by is **1:1:8** — one part lemon juice, one part simple syrup, eight parts cold water. That's it. That's the secret.

Go heavier on syrup and it tastes like candy. Heavier on juice and your face puckers like a raisin. More water and you're basically selling sad rain.

Fun fact: a single lemon gives about 3 tablespoons of juice. So for a gallon pitcher (128 oz), you need ~8 lemons. Now you know.

Math is just flavor in disguise. 🍋
